OilQSens® OQ3000 - Oil sensor system Highperformance, early detection of critical operation conditions


OilQSens® candetect early changes in oil quality/condition from day 1 - before damageoccurs. Contaminationproducts, such as particles, cellulose fibres, moisture and their contaminatingeffects, such as acid and oil soaps cause a change in the electrical propertiesof oil. With the oil quality sensor, OilQSens®, dependent parameters aremeasured continuously and on-line. From the changes in the oil, the conditionof the transformer oil is evaluated. Dissolved gas analysis (DGA) is a samplingtechnique that may miss intermittent problems. OilQSens® works online,continuously from day 1, prior to other technologies limits of detection.

Electricalconductivity of oil is extremely low. However, the highly sensitive OilQSens® measuresconductivity down to 0.1 picosiemens per metre and all values are accuratelytemperature compensated.

变压器油的电导率极低。但是高灵敏感的OilQSens®可测量的电导率低至0.1pS /m,并且所有的参数值均得到了精确的温度补偿。

Relativepermittivity is a measure of the dielectric constant. The measurement of permittivity byOilQSens® makes a statement about water ingress and a modification of theinsulating strength of the oil. Taken in conjunction with the conductivityvalues, a clear picture emerges of the changes in the oil.

相对介电常数是介电常数的量度。通过OilQSens®进行的介电常数测量可以很明确地知道进水和油绝缘强度的变化,结合电导率参数值,就可以清晰地了解变压器油的变化情况了。


The monitoring of oil in transformer, high voltage circuit breakers andoil regeneration plants is an important parameter for the efficiency andsafety. As oil ages it forms charge carriers which alter theconductivity. The process is accelerated by the presence of metal catalysts,oxygen and temperature.

对变压器、高压断路器和油回收厂的油状态进行监测,是提升效率和安全的重要保障。随着油的老化,它会形成电荷载体,从而改变油的电导率,而金属催化剂、氧气和温度都会加快该过程。
